Za’atar is a blend used frequently in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines. Often mixed with olive oil and spread on bread. It can be used as a seasoning to sprinkle on vegetables, on chicken for grilling, roasting or BBQ, salads, and kebabs.
